  • Perhitungan biaya bersifat final & mengikat di awal dengan transaksi multi-currency (kursnya fluktuatif).
  • Jaminan pemesanan barang; pembatalan separuh jalan atas transaksi internasional terlalu kompleks alurnya.
  • Konsep utama bisnisnya menyediakan jasa, jadi marketplace hanya untuk menjual barang ready stock.
Barangnya cacat, tidak lengkap, salah kirim, bahkan hilang total. Seperti apa penyelesaiannya?
  • Dilihat kasusnya dulu; retur barang perlu urus kepabeanan & pengiriman internasional.
  • Jangka waktu dispute jadi perhatian khusus, apakah cukup memadai?

How do I request the service?

  • Make a full payment via local bank transfer or Wise/PayPal (only for foreigners).
What type of goods can be handled?
  • Not prohibited, legally delivered to Indonesia. Restricted one will be curated first.
  • Unit quantity, not for inventory.
  • Not huge & heavy.
How about the fees?

Why must pay in full upfront? No down payment or escrow?
  • All fees calculation is final & binding at the outset with multi-currecy transaction (exchange rates fluctuate).
  • To secure the order; cancelling international transaction midway is complicated.
  • Our core business is providing services, marketplace only be utilized for selling ready stock items.
How if goods are damage/broken, incomplete, wrong item, or even lost?
  • We inspect case by case; returning goods would take care of customs & international shipping.
  • Dispute must be a concern. Is the timeline sufficient?
  • Lost package (no proof of receipt), fully refund when money successfully received.
